I acknowledge that I have read and understood the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, and I consent to Wholesome Savour Pte Ltd collecting, using, and disclosing my personal information (e.g., name, contact details, delivery address, payment-related records, dietary preferences, communications) for the purpose of administering and providing support for the health programme, including account setup, fulfilment, customer support, service communications, and programme operations. (PDPC)

Health-Related Data (Explicit Programme Consent)

I consent to Wholesome Savour Pte Ltd collecting, using, and disclosing my health-related data (e.g., screening responses, biomarker readings/results, body measurements, wellness questionnaire responses, progress check-ins) for the purpose of administering the health programme, including eligibility assessment, personalising programme guidance, monitoring progress, and providing programme support.

Service Providers / Partners 

I understand that my data may be disclosed to approved third parties strictly for programme administration (e.g., partner clinics/labs, delivery providers, IT systems, customer support vendors), and that Wholesome Savour Pte Ltd remains responsible for compliance. PDPC+1

Withdrawal of consent

I understand I may withdraw my consent by contacting cs@wholesomesavour.com , with reasonable notice, and I acknowledge that withdrawing consent may affect Wholesome Savour Pte Ltd’s ability to continue providing the programme and related services.

Access & correction

I may request access to and correction of my personal data by contacting cs@wholesomesavour.com.
